1. Tarot Readings & Services
All sales of tarot readings are final. By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge and agree that tarot services are provided as spiritual guidance and are not guaranteed to yield specific results. There will be no refunds issued before or after a session is completed, as the time and energy have been invested in providing you with personal insights.

2. Classes & Workshops
All purchases of tarot classes, spiritual workshops, and other educational services are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a class or workshop has been booked or attended. We encourage you to review the class details and schedule carefully before committing. If you cannot attend a class or workshop, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or transfer your booking to another session, based on availability.

3. Spiritual Merchandise
Our merchandise is carefully crafted to bring positive energy and spiritual value. All sales of physical items, including spiritual merchandise (such as crystals, incense, jewelry, and other items), are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence for assistance.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
For tarot readings and classes, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your payment for the service. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and will do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.

All services, including tarot readings and spiritual guidance, are provided with the intention to support your personal journey. However, these services are not substitutes for medical, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and we encourage you to approach all services with an open mind and a sense of personal responsibility.
